Description
Material: we are using following three kinds of thermoset resins.
1. Phenolic moulding compound, ie, bakelite or duroplastic
2. Urea moulding compound
3. Melamine moulding compound
Moulding: compression moulding
Color:
1. Normal in white or black
2. Other colors like green, yellow, blue, red, orange, grey and so on can be available if MOQ isn't a problem.
Neck Finish:
1. GCMI or GPI 33/400 & 40/400 & 43/400 & 51/400 & 53/400 & 58/400 & 66/400
2. Other or customized neck finish can be developed if needed.
Liner type: following different type of liners are available.
1. PTFE Faced Foamed Polyethylene (PTFE / PE Foam)
2. PTFE Faced Silicone Rubber (PTFE / Silicone)
3. Styrene-Butadiene Rubber / 0.005 PTFE (PTFE / Styrene[1]Butadiene)
4. Polyethylene Disc such as F217-3
5. Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (14B)
6. Foamed Polyethylene (PE Foam)
7. Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) Disk
8. Polyethylene Cone (PE Cone, poly-seal cone, taperseal cone)
9. Metal foil
10. Pulp / Metal Foil
11. Poly-Vinyl
12. Pulp / Poly-Vinyl
